T.L. Hanna Claims Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat Nation Ford
T.L. Hanna ran off with the lead late in the game in a 2-1 victory over Nation Ford on Monday.
The game was tied at one with T.L. Hanna batting in the top of the sixth when Evan Lammers induced Barrett Winter to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored.
The pitching was strong on both sides. Daniel Hart struck out five, while Lammers sat down four.
Nation Ford got on the board in the second inning. Hayden Mobbs grounded out, scoring one run.
Hart was the winning pitcher for T.L. Hanna. He allowed five hits and one run over seven innings, striking out five.
Lammers took the loss for Nation Ford. He allowed four hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out four and walking zero.
Regan Reid went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead T.L. Hanna in hits. T.L. Hanna didn’t commit a single error in the field. James Parker had the most chances in the field with seven.
Andrew Pappalardo led Nation Ford with two hits in three at bats.
